Shipping & Returns

We ships items Monday – Friday. We try hard to ship orders received before 2 pm (EST) on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Packages are shipped via US Mail or UPS. If you have a preference, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. We are glad to ship Next Day or 2nd Day Air (additional shipping charges will apply). We ship everything directly from our store located in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. Most shipments will arrive within 2-3 business days after the package has been transferred to the shipper.  We cannot be responsible for items once delivery is made.  Any package missing or stolen after delivery has been made is solely the responsible for the package recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Thanks so much for shopping at We truly appreciate your business and hope that you absolutely love your purchases. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us following these steps. We will gladly issue a refund to the credit card that you originally paid with, minus applicable shipping charges.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED, BACK TO US, WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE WE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER TO YOU. We do not want you to get stuck with keeping anything that does not fit or you simply do not like once you have seen it in person; however, we are a small business and cannot accept items returned past the 30 day return window.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unopened and in their original condition with all tags attached. Skin care products, undergarments, jewelry, & sale items are NOT returnable. Any custom order or personalized item is final sale and not returnable. Sorry, no exceptions.

Please notify us of any damaged item with 7 days.

You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returned items. We are not responsible for damages that occur during return shipping or packages that are lost in transit. Please pack your returns carefully, insure your package & be sure to get a tracking number.

To return an item, follow the directions on the invoice you received in your package. Make sure you note the reason why you are returning the item. Ship your return package to us at the following address:

Upon receipt of your returned package, we will send you an email notification. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 2  business days. All refunds are made to the credit card used at time of purchase. Any returns on items received as a gift will be issued a store credit.

If you need to exchange something for a different size or color, just call or email us. We will gladly hold the item for you until your return is received.
